The workshop, concerned with the search and exchange of e-le@arning materials (se@m), provides a forum where researchers and practitioners discuss open issues, innovative approaches and share advances achieved for exchanging and describing learning content.

Daniel addresses the current state of sharing and describing learning content, the possibilities for the future and the Learning Registry's role as an amplifier of high quality learning content.
