We couldn't be more excited about the opportunity to participate in the Gov 2.0 Summit, co-produced by IBM, TechWeb and O'Reilly Conference from September 7-8, 2010 in Washington DC.

Steve Midgley, US Department of Education, will lead a session on Wednesday afternoon, September 8.  From the session information:

"Within the federal government alone, millions of learning resources exist but are very hard to find. From digital scans of primary source and historical documents, to full curricula, to trainings and simulations, the federal government has invested billions in developing and curating digital materials suitable for learning. The Learning Registry will make these resources easier to find, share and classify, permitting the public to participate and innovate with the material in new, unforeseen ways."
